Regular DPF cleaning processes are typically inefficient at removing hardened ashes. A full 3-step Reconditioning process is different:

The key element of a DPF is the ceramic core. As long as the integrity of the core is ok, the rest can be fixed.
At Dinex we hate to reject returns, so we have a designated workshop that repairs mechanical damages or displaced cores on all DPFs that we receive as returns through our reconditioning program.
