Stanislavs joined Dinex in 2019 and holds a bachelorโs degree in Mechatronics and a masterโs degree in Production Technology. In his role, he manages R&D projects from the very first ideas and concepts all the way to implementation in serial production - working closely with cross-functional teams and connecting technical development with business and strategic goals.
Over the years, Stanislavs has contributed to a wide range of projects, including decoupling elements, metallic substrate development, and now projects within our large engine segment.
