Dinex, a Danish company founded in 1982, began with Jørgen and Grethe Dinesen’s vision: to create high-quality, in-house exhaust systems for heavy-duty vehicles, delivered swiftly through a comprehensive catalog and regional warehouses.
Despite initial skepticism, Dinex quickly disrupted the European heavy-duty aftermarket by offering customers agility, quality, and a price-competitive one-stop-shop solution. This success was fueled by a culture of innovation, empowerment, and trust established by its founders.
In 2000, their son Torben Dinesen became CEO, continuing to drive the company forward on its original values. Today, Dinex is a global leader in exhaust and emission solutions, employing over 2,000 people and serving aftermarket and OEM customers across three continents.
